I work with visionary leaders in a variety of settings
to develop long-term communication strategies that build
a mission of mutuality among all participants within
the organization. The programs we co-create are built
around certain understandings:
- That Vision has power to lead only when people clearly
understand the goals and the part they play in them;
- That leaders are the Voice of the Vision, and are
indispensable to unifying and ultimately transforming
their organizations;
- That when leaders communicate honestly and openly,
they create an environment for progressive transformation;
- That when leaders frame the Vision in language that
is mutual and relevant, they inspire confidence;
- That when leaders continually devise fresh ways
to communicate this culture, they exemplify the consistency
for which they must hold everyone responsible
including healthcare consumers;
- That before any organization can communicate effectively
with external audiences, its internal audience must
first be able to communicate the Vision effectively
